Some may call it a minor tweak, others a major reshuffle - we just call it better for you and your boating. Whether you are having a repair done, scheduling a launch, or taking delivery of a new or used boat, you need to rely on a competent, well run, transparent, and openly communicating Service Department. Effective immediately, the rolls and responsibilities in the Service Department have changed. We also have a departing long-time staff member and a “new to Len's Cove” technician to announce. 

Wendy McNay Len's Cove MarinaService Writer & Warranty Manager - Wendy MacNay.  Some of you have met and worked with Wendy already. She will be your primary contact for all service related inquiries, service booking, service schedules, warranty issues, and service estimates / invoicing. She brings a precision from her automotive and power sports background that we and you are already seeing the benefits from. Her exceptional communication and listening skills are well suited to taking care of you when your boat needs our attention.

Shop Foreman - Steve Warren. Unless you are new to Len's Cove, youSteve Warren Len's Cove Marina will likely know him well. Steve will shift his focus to equipment, and driving shop productivity, accuracy, and accountability. His primary goal will be to demand and deliver the highest levels of quality of work that we have ever offered you. His technical knowledge working with our talented team of technicians directly, superior training, and years of experience in the marine environment are assest that we need to utilize on the shop floor. Steve will assist with training staff, coordinating shop functions, maintenance of equipment,. Steve will still be available for consultations with you regarding estimates and complex jobs as necessary.

Brandon Seward Len's Cove MarinaNew Technician - Brandon Seward. We have a habit of finding and recruiting amazing people at the right time, and we expect Brandon to be no different. He brings a number of years experience from to marine repair facilities and is a Government of Ontario accredited Marine Technician. That is a very challenging set of courses and test. Brandon is a welcome addition to our team and we hope you will get a chance to meet him soon.

Retiring Technician - Bill Mustard. If there is one person who exemplifies everything that is Len's Cove, it is Bill. For the past 35 years, we have hadBill Mustard Len's Cove the pleasure of Bill's company, been lucky enough to have his skill and dedication as a staff member, and grown to think of him as family in all respects. Join me in thanking Bill for all his hard work and loyal service. Len's Cove will be a different place without him. Luckily he has passed on much of his knowledge to Greg, Brent, Al, Gary, and Steve over many years. Bill will still stop by to lend us guidance and wisdom through the season and we are very grateful for that.

It's a new day, a new season, and a fresh attitude at Len's Cove. Service is the cornerstone of every good marina. We are working hard for you to secure that as a rock solid foundation for you to rely on.
